Gung Hay Fat Choy!
Our librarian, Mr. Levin, read us a story about the Chinese New Year and then taught us how to draw dragons with letters and shapes! They will be on display in the library after students color them. Gung Hay Fat Choy is how you say Happy New Year in Chinese!

Superfish Presentation
Mr. Musselman from the Burlington Science Center presented Superfish! We learned all sorts of interesting facts about some of the sea creatures at the aquarium. He even brought in a real dead octopus and several of the students even dared to touch it!
Aquarium Field Trip
We had a wonderful trip to the New England Aquarium today. We saw a lot of fascinating sea creatures. We want to give a special thank you to Mrs. Sargent, Mrs. Ohol, and Mrs. Hatzis for joining us. It certainly was a wonderful way to finish our unit on sea life!
